Seems to be-ism. Its a given (or needs to be)that racism, sexism, handicaps, sexual orientation, blah blah blah has been handled within the LAST century; and strikes on by addressing how all of us proceed to have a bias towards these which can be lower than “mannequin” excellent. Very Proper on.
